libheif (via libheif-js 1.19.8)

HEIC/HEIF images are decoded with libheif, licensed under theGNU Lesser General Public License v3.0. It is served as a separate, unmodified file at /heic/libheif.js and/heic/libheif.wasm — it is not bundled into or combined with this site's own code.
